All yarn is purchase from standard reputed mills. All quality parameters are checked & inspected before usage.

KNITTING
Knitting is done in house on latest computerized circular knitting machines. We have installed 80 circular knitting machines import from Italy, Taiwan, and Singapore having wide range of structures, diameter, and gauge & with Lycra attachment. Shearing, raising, brushing, pattern brushing, Stentering, Embossing, Washing, Drying, Squeezing, Compacting & Tumbling done on imported automatic machines.

DYEING & PROCESSING
The dyeing unit is very well equipped with soft flow dyeing machines & Colour mixing to meet all international standards. Fully automatic machine ensure there is no shade variation and quality control check every meter of fabric. Fully automatic processing machine that deliver high quality performance in terms of shrinkage, enchanted fabric appearance and fabric volume. Shearing, raising, brushing, pattern brushing, Stentering, Embossing, Washing, Drying, Squeezing, Compacting & Tumbling done on imported automatic machines.

PRINTING
All type of Printing is done in house on automatic rotary printing machines, table prints or flat bed printing machines as required. We carry out a verity of prints decorations in water base printing, discharge printing, pigment printing, reactive printing and any other printing as required. Various print styles like foam, flock, embossed, rubber, transfer, paper and any other print can be done as per requirements.

STITCHING
Stitching is done with extreme care with the best of the skill set available that are working with us as a team for several years. Japanese sewing machines of reputed brands are used with all supporting equipments and machinery to finish contemporary quality garments. Machine range includes Stitching Machines, Folding Machines, Overlock Machines, Shell Stitch Machines, Elastic Attachment Machines, Fabric Trimming Machines, etc.

CHECKING & PACKING
All checking & packing is done in house. All goods completely checked before pack. Good quality of packing material is used to avoid any damage during transportation.
