Orders are closely monitored
from sampling to shipment. Status on sampling,
production and shipment are transmitted to customers
regularly. We maintain a pro-active approach towards
identification of problem area and corrective
measures are taken immediately to ensure timely
deliveries. Our quality monitoring system pertaining
to production has four stages as explained below:

PRE PRODUCTION CHECK (PPC)
Risks are reduced by checking
material components, accessories/ user materials
etc. at this stage itself.
INITIAL PRODUCTION CHECK (IPC)
Customer’s specification
& first finished products are checked against
prototype sample. Deviations are identified and
brought out for correction.
DURING PRODUCTION CHECK (DPC)
Inspection during production
is carried out to check and verify that the initial
discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure
the average quality of production.
FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION (FRI)
Final random
inspection is carried out when the total consignment
is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed
according to the international inspection standard.
The detailed physical inspection of the samples
selected at random is based on specifications
of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as
design, style, shrinkage, weight, gsm, accessories,
appearance, feeling, marking, Colour, Labeling,
assortments, workmanship, measurement, packing,
etc.
All the procured
yarn for our knitting purpose is 100 % tested
at the spinning mills and checked in house lab
as per the international yarn testing standards.
All the Greige knitted fabric is subjected to
100% inspection in accordance with our established
quality inspection standards that are part of
our quality management system.
During our fabric processing, we work in compliance
with AATCC, ISO, DIN & BS standards and we
also follow customer’s standard
During our stitching and packing we follow the
following standards
AQL 2.5 – Online inspection
AQL4.4 – Final random inspection
Besides we also comply with customer’s supplied
specifications.
